Our local Service Desk is staffed with experienced Level 1 and Level 2 technicians who have 2+ years of work experience supporting end-users on server, desktop and network level issues. This service is delivered using a combination of phone and remote control tools.

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) operates in three shifts, and complements our local support team's efforts in providing proactive IT infrastructure management services. With over 5 years of NOC support experience and many sites under management, our NOC team provides unparalleled level of 24/7 support.
